Babyhero delivers across Newzealand,. You will receive a confirmation email with delivery details when you've made payment.


Please allow:

2 - 3 working days for Auckland deliveries

2 - 3 working days for North Island deliveries

3 - 4 working days for South Island deliveries


Please allow an extra 1-2 days for rural deliveries and mention your RD number when placing your order.


Note: Courier services may be delayed during public holidays and the Christmas period,Courier delays are out of Babyhero control.

We can deliver to any mainland New Zealand physical address. (This excludes the Chatham Islands & Stewart Island - please contact us for freight options.)

Please note: Free shipping applies to orders made online at shipped to New Zealand. This offer is not available at physical stores or for customers outside of New Zealand. Additional costs for oversized items may apply.


Please allow 1-2 days for dispatch after you have placed your order. We will advise you in the event that your order is delayed. Rural addresses may have longer delivery times. All orders are tracked, but we accept no liability for orders lost in transit.




Should your order not be suitable, we will happily provide an exchange or credit voucher subject to the following conditions;


Contact is made with Babyhero within 7 days of delivery

Goods are returned within 14 days of delivery

The goods need to be in the original condition as purchased

Returned goods are accompanied with a receipt

The above does not apply to clearance items, which are not returnable. Exchanges are to be at the expense of the customer if exchanged via post or courier.


We are not able to provide refunds if you change your mind.


If goods are faulty, we will meet our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act, but proof of purchase is required. Faulty goods must be returned to us as soon as possible. Freight charges will not be borne by you if you are located in New Zealand (North & South Island). If you are located outside New Zealand (North & South Island) and you wish to return faulty goods to us (for repair or otherwise), then, to the fullest extent permitted by law, you will be responsible for the freight and handling charges associated with: (a) returning the goods to us; and (b) delivering any repaired or replacement goods back to you. We will advise you of the freight and handling costs associated with returning repaired or replacement goods to us in such circumstances and the repaired or replacement goods will not be sent to you until you have confirmed that you will pay the freight and handling costs.
